MAC Cremeblend Blush

 

Mac has launched cremeblend blushes here in Australia this week. These are for $41.00 AUD and they are permanent in Mac line. There are six colors features, (L-R)
So sweet, so easy - Pale pink
Posey - Bright Pink
Something Special - Peachy coral
Ladyblush - cool pink
Brit wit - Dirty Plum
Tea petal - Reddish brown

The shades are all neutral can be worn for everyday look. The texture is smooth and is easy to blend I like to use my fingers. The color is buildable. They can be used on cheeks, lips and eyes. My personal favorites are Posey, Ladyblush and Brit wit. Theses shades look good on my skin tone and Im NC 35.

Best Concealer: High End and Drug store products

Finding the perfect concealer is very hard. I have tried lots of different concealers and came across very few good concealers which Im about to share with you. I have divided my search into 2 categories high end and drug store concealers and both are equally good. And share the concealer you are using below in the comment box.

 

High End Concealer

1. Eve pearl Salmon Concealer

Salmon or pinky/peach color as an under eye concealer is good to neutralize the dark blue undertones from the skin. It has a gel like consistency and provides sheer to full coverage. It is available in four shades (My shade is tan).

2. Mac Studio Finish concealer 

 

This is a best concealer ever. It is available in variety of colors (My col is NW30). It is best to use NW under the eyes if you are using on blemishes use NC range. The best about this concealer is it has SPF 35 in it. It is an opaque long wearing concealer.

3. Bobbi Brown Corrector

Pricey but worth it. BB correctors are pink or peach based under eye correctors. It instantly brightens the eye. It has very creamy texture. The only problem i have with this is it creases so it needs touch up later in the day and doesnt outweigh the end result. (My shade is peach)

4. Benefit Erase Paste

This was my first concealer and it was a love at first sight. It is creamy, brightening, easy to blend concealer. It has good quantity and seems to go for ages and ages. There are three shades available (mine is 3).
There are available from Myer stores and also online at www.benefitcosmetics.com. My suggestion is buy from online they do ship internationally and it is cheaper for aussies ;).

Drug Store Concealer

B Collection Quick Fix Kit - Concealer

This is my favorite concealer and just came to target stores. This is a multi purpose kit. It has three concealers two correctors and one highlighter. It is easy to mix n match concealers according to our skin tone. It can be used undereyes or on blemishes and easy to blend.

L'oreal True Match Touche Magique
Im very impressed by this concealer. It helps to correct dark circles, removes imperfections and brightens the shadowy areas. It is available in four shades (mine is Warm beige). It is creamy and easy to apply and blend. Apply it any where for radiance.

Revlon PhotoReady Concealer

This is a new concealer. It is very creamy and light reflecting concealer. It is a heavy duty concealer for seriously dark circles.
Most important thing it has SPF 20. 
It is available in Target, Priceline, Kmart, Myer and Big W.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Face Perfector

2-in-1 concealer and highlighter to fully cover imperfections. It is light weight and needs very little amount of concealer. With highlighter add a luminous touch to corner of eyes, cheek and brow bones and bridge of nose or to contour lip.
Availble in Target, Priceline, Kmart, Myer and Big W.

Must Have Makeup For Every Woman

Women dont need a lot of makeup to look good. Few right things can make huge difference to appearance. I think 7 makeup items are enough for any age of woman and remember less is more.
Put them on and voila you are ready to rock and roll.

Base

Every woman needs a good base. It can be a liquid, cream or powder foundation, it can even be a tinted moisturizer depending upon the skin type.

Concealer

No woman can have ten hours beauty sleep especially with kids or students. So if we cant have it we can fake it. And this is where comes the concealer,  just a little bit of concealer under eyes makes huge huge difference. Concealer makes your face look fresh and it gives a lift under eyes without surgery.

Setting Powder

Mostly women think this is unnecessary part. But I think its the most important part whether you have oily skin or dry skin. Setting powder locks the foundation and prevents the foundation moving. Setting powder can be loose or pressed i prefer pressed because its easy to handle and carry it in your purse for touch ups through out the day.

Eyeliner

Eyeliner makes eyes look bigger and open. There are different types of eyeliners like powder, pencil, liquid and gel and can be applied several ways. But you should use something you feel comfortable using around your eyes.

Mascara

Mascara makes difference in making eyes pop and completing look. If you dont want to use eyeliner do use mascara because it makes a big impact in your look.



Blush

 Blush makes you flush (of course in a good way). It puts a healthy glow to a pale face. Always smile and apply to the apples of your cheeks for a beautiful rosy glow dont go overboard with blush because you may look like a clown and we dont want that.

Lipstick

Lipstick is a must have for ladies. It gives colour to your lips makes them full and sexy. Bright lips glams up the face.
